Masala Papad & Papad Roll

Todays Recipe Is  "Restaurant Style Masala Papad and Papad Roll | Quick Starter"

Have you ever wondered why Masala Papad made in Home doesn't taste like your favorite restaurant's masala papad.

Ingredients

  • Plain Urad Daal Papad
  • Finely Chopped Onion
  • Finely Chopped Tomato
  • Finely Chopped Coriander leaves
  • Finely Chopped Green Chili
  • Some Pomegranate seeds
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Some Chat Masala 
  • Lemon Juice 
  • Cooking Oil


Steps To Prepare Masala Papad


  • Grease the papad from both sides
  • Heat the pan in medium flame.
  • After heating the pan put papad on it. 
  • Roast from both side by pressing it gently.
  • One this is done keep aside .
  • Roast next papad for roll follow same process as above.
  • Roll the papad with the help of rolling pin and hold it for some time.
  • Now time to make it asgo ahead with making it masala papad .
  • Take first papad top it with onion , tomato, pomegranate, chili, chat masala, salt, some drops of lemon juice & coriander leaves. your masala papad is ready.
  • Now for Masala Papad Roll.
  • Mix all ingredient together and fill it by closing one side of papad.
